Vaccines save lives!
Getting a flu shot every fall is a safe and easy way to help keep you from getting very sick from the flu.
All pre-Kindergarten 3- and 4-year-olds must get a flu vaccine by December 31, 2025 or they cannot return to school in January 2026.

>New Haven Health Department Health and Wellness Center at 424 Chapel St: Monday-Thursday 9:00am-4:00pm (closed for lunch 12:00pm-12:30pm), Friday 12:00pm-4:00pm

Bring your photo ID and insurance card if you have them, but they are not required to get a vaccine.
