No parent/guardian permission needed for STI testing, diagnosis, and treatment for ages 13+

  • Monday & Thursday: 9:00am-4:00pm, Friday: 12:00pm-4:00pm (ROUTINE TESTING ONLY. If you have symptoms, please visit us Tuesday or Wednesday)

Tuberculosis testing for ages 18 and younger

Walk-In Hepatitis Vaccinations, Mpox Vaccinations and Testing:

Hepatitis A and B vaccinations for ages 19+ without insurance coverage; call 203-946-8181 to check eligibility.

Do I need to make an appointment?
Appointments are needed for school physicals, childhood immunizations, and tuberculosis testing. All other services are walk-in. Call 203-946-8181 to make an appointment.

Do I need insurance to access services?
We do accept insurance, but it is not required to access services. Bring your insurance card and photo ID if you have them.

How much do services cost if I don’t have health insurance?
There is a $20 fee for clinical services. However, no one is turned away for inability to pay.

Do I need to be present for my child’s appointment?
A parent or guardian must give permission for school physicals and immunizations if the patient is under 17 years of age. If a parent can not be present, a signed permission form must be provided.

Is there bilingual staff available?
Yes, we can arrange for English/Spanish interpreters to be available. Phone interpretation services are available for all other languages.
